Our Culinary Journey
For almost 15 years, Frida and Martin have made Koh Lanta their home, creating two welcoming spaces where food, hospitality, and community come together.
In 2014, Frida and Martin opened Yang Garden—a tropical haven nestled in the heart of Koh Lanta. Known for its charcoal-grilled specialties, globally inspired small plates, and relaxed garden setting, Yang quickly became one of the island’s most beloved dining spots. Their passion for flavor, hospitality, and community shines through every dish, inviting guests to eat, drink, and feel at home.
A decade later, in 2023, they introduced Bonnie’s Deli—named after their daughter and muse—as a cozy spot just a few sandy steps from the beach. It’s where international flavors meet laid-back island life.
Here, you’ll find fresh sandwiches, premium cheeses and cold cuts, Swedish specialties, and a curated selection of wines and gourmet treats. It’s the perfect place to grab a bite, relax with a glass of wine, or pick up something delicious to take away.
